Tempers flare again between A's, Royals

KANSAS CITY -- The fireworks continued in the top of the eighth inning of the A's-Royals game on Sunday. Royals reliever Kelvin Herrera threw a pitch tight and inside to Oakland's Brett Lawrie. Then Herrera threw the next pitch behind Lawrie, and he was ejected by home-plate umpire Greg Gibson.
