Yes he is! The G-men welcome Matt Cain back today as he will make his first start of the season, and first appearance since July 9th, 2014. Cain has been recovering all year from a flexor tendon strain that followed surgery last summer to remove spurs and bone chips from his right elbow. "It's been a long road, but it's going to be worth it," Cain said.
